Vase - Set - Glam

Glamorous set of Bay Keramik Vases, made in West Germany. The glaze is a glossy smooth brown/cream, with yellow drip-glaze and a gold leaf contrasting rim. The drip glazes are typical of the fat lava designs of the post war West German vases from the 1960s/70s, deliberately mixing colours and drip textures. The retro shape and gold rim is more typically 1950s.
